Q: What is the design process for customized orders?
A: Clients are welcome to a free consultation with our designer or they can complete a Design Form to better explain the vision of their request. P31 Floral will generate a quote from the information gathered. A 20% nonrefundable deposit is due to start your order. Each client is afforded the opportunity of having a hands-on approach to the creation of their arrangement, by previewing and approving the supplies for their arrangement along with the final outcome. The remaining balance of the arrangement is required during the delivery of the product.
A: Yes. Once you meet with our designer during your consultation to discuss the specifics of your arrangement, you'll receive a quote that will stand for 3 business days. Upon acceptance of this quote a nonrefundable 20% deposit is due. This deposit will be deducted from your final price.

A: We recommend that the arrangements be dusted periodically as part of normal cleaning. Basic foliage included in the arrangement can be wiped with a moist cloth, if necessary, and a quarterly or bi-annual application of silk flower cleaner is recommended for the arrangements. Please note that if you plan on storing a seasonal arrangement, it's a good idea to save the original packaging for its storage.
