A: Our clients are welcome to a free personal consultation with our designer or they can complete a Design Form to explain the vision of their request. With the information gathered, we will produce a mock-display of your arrangement for your approval or correction. From this point your feedback will be recorded and applied to the final design agreement along with a quote for the product. Upon your approval of the agreement details and cost, the arrangement will be completed and delivered.
A: Yes, once the details are gathered regarding your request, a nonrefundable $50.00 deposit is due in order to produce the mock-display of your arrangement. This deposit will be deducted from your final price.
